Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk PT Tech at Blue Ridge Physical and Hand Therapy located in Hagerstown, MD. As a Front Desk PT Tech, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and providing administrative support to the physical therapy team. Cleaning rooms, setting up patients, taking care of laundry and checking insurance is also part of this job. This employee would also be responsible for social media posts and ordering supplies for the clinic. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
