Blue Rose is seeking a Scrum Master to support our work with a federal client. This is a Remote role. This role is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY .
Successful candidates must have a Secret Security Clearance .
In this role you will:

In this role you will:
- Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of an engineering and analytics team using Agile methodologies
- Work in partnership with the Release Train Engineer, team delivery leads, and Bureau Chief Data Officer to help realize project goals
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team, removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand
- Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support preparation and participation in ART and program-wide agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and feature acceptance
- Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics
Candidates must have:
- 5 years experience with Agile Scrum Project Management
- 5 years experience with Agile Leadership
- 3 years experience with Agile Change Management
- Experience in Azure DevOps (highly desired)
- Bachelors
