Focus:

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients in the Emergency Department, ensuring timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Ensure all care provided is in line with established clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic health records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Support a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and high ethical standards.

Skill Set:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) preferred; board eligibility required.
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
