We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative specializing in Decorative Home Products to join our client’s passionate sales team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a client-facing environment and is adept at translating client needs into effective, high-quality decorative solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through product offerings and helping them make informed decisions that align with their vision and requirements.

Focus:

  • Engage with clients to understand their furnishing needs and recommend products that align with their vision.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our product offerings and the latest trends in the home decor industry.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the design and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage sales process from initial contact through to close, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

Skill Set:

  • At least three years of demonstrated success in advisory sales positions, ideally engaging directly with professionals in electrical contracting, general contracting, or related sectors in the building materials industry.
  • Familiarity with home decor and their applications is highly desirable.
  • Established network within the industry, with strong connections that can facilitate business growth.
  • Demonstrated capability to engage with clients at various locations, including active construction sites, with a strict adherence to all applicable safety standards.
  • A solid track record of successfully collaborating with commercial entities and understanding their specific needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, ERPs and MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
