Installation Sales Manager

Currently they are searching for an Installation Sales Manager (ISM). The ISM will collaborate as an integral part of a comprehensive team dedicated to fostering customer retention through proficient account management. This position emphasizes strategic engagement with key installation companies within the region, leveraging their influence to ensure optimal service delivery. Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with the Business Development Manager and senior leadership to ensure that any installation challenges are swiftly addressed, thereby facilitating seamless sales conversions and promoting overall business growth.

Focus:

  • Sustain and cultivate relationships with key influential installation companies within targeted geographies, ensuring the defense and expansion of our business with them.
  • Identify and target prospective installation companies within the region, partnering effectively with internal stakeholders to secure their business and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition for customers.
  • Leverage CRM tools to inform strategic decisions that drive year-over-year volume growth.
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives, Business Development Managers, and the broader team to achieve incremental volume growth annually.
  • Conduct market segmentation analyses to evaluate and assess the market landscape, leading all facets of the customer sales process while utilizing additional resources for solution development and implementation as needed.
  • Exhibit a willingness and capability to cultivate relationships, expand networks, nurture leads, and demonstrate a passion for identifying potential targets.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all technical installation practices related to our product offerings.
  • Manage and adhere to a priority-based schedule with prospective customers, ensuring accountability and focus.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to identify and participate in key activities within the assigned territory.
  • Engage extensively across the account base, employing high levels of networking and relationship-building.
  • Influence key stakeholders to advocate for products.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products, installation practices, customer programs, and benefits.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making within the market.
  • Guide big events.
  • Exhibit a passion for the company and personal success in meeting or exceeding goals

Skill Set:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in building materials or construction within a high-touch sales environment.
  • High levels of organization, discipline, and self-structure.
  • Proficiency in construction specialties and at job sites with clarity and precision.
  • Build relationships across departments.
  • Capacity to influence key stakeholders to promote for company products.
  • Must travel overnight 10-15% of the time.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex sales cycles and business relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to work.
