The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring safety standards, machinery functionality, and compliance with regulations. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Focus:

• Supervise and coordinate Maintenance team activities, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Implement operating and manufacturing goals in line with organizational needs.
• Support cost improvement initiatives and equipment modifications to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure team performance meets objectives and client expectations.
• Conduct daily team briefings and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors as needed.
• Perform additional duties to support company objectives.

Skill Set:

• Associate's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years in manufacturing maintenance, with 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and understand PLC programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant maintenance software.
• Adaptable team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work flexible hours and across different facility areas.
