Medical Receptionist

They are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The Medical Receptionist will work closely with healthcare providers, support staff, and patients to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Focus:

  • Patient Check-In/Out: Greet, verify, and assist with check-in/out, schedule follow-ups, and collect payments.

Skill Set

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in a medical office or dermatology setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
