• Direct and coordinate all operational activities, ensuring adherence to standards and implementing innovative solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/Operations or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of steel manufacturing (welding) and operations leadership experience, with full site responsibility.
• Proficiency in implementing best practices, continuous improvement, and lean tools (e.g., six sigma, 5-S, lean manufacturing).
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership, team-building, with great coaching skill and analytical and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, maintenance, and engineering principles.
• Ability to build relationships and motivate employees across the organization.
