Project Manager - Lighting

Focus:

• Lead and manage lighting projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to source materials and products, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee project execution, providing guidance and support to team members, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including progress reports, budget records, and client communications.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the lighting industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex lighting projects from start to finish.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of lighting industry standards, products, and technologies.
