VP of Product Development - DAS

As the Vice President of Product Development, you will lead the product development efforts with a particular focus on Radio Frequency (RF) products. Your role involves directing and expanding the product development team to bolster the company's leadership position in the industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to market release, aligning product development with customer requirements and company objectives.

Focus:

• and develop the electrical engineering team to innovate and advance RF product offerings.
• with customers and the sales team to gather requirements and craft bespoke solutions.
• the New Product Development (NPD) process and manage engineering documentation systems.
• and maintain effective relationships with external partners and suppliers to enhance development capabilities.
• the reliability and performance of mission-critical systems, tools, and applications through rigorous system ownership.
• pace with emerging technologies, conduct evaluations, and oversee the development of prototypes to inform strategic decisions.
• the departmental budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation and implementing cost control strategies.
• additional responsibilities as directed by the Associate Vice President/General Manager.

Skill Set:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience managing an electrical engineering team.
• 5 years of experience bringing RF products to market.
• least 3 years of experience in the NPD process and engineering documentation systems.
• in Microsoft Office Products, CAD, SAP, and Agile PLM preferred.
