Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Duties:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to meet clients' needs
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide guidance on insurance options, coverage limits, and policy features
- Process policy renewals, amendments, and claims
- Keep accurate records of transactions and interactions with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Strong negotiation and sales administration skills
- Familiarity with telemarketing and retail sales techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in outside sales or insurance sales is advantageous
