Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background, experience in leadership and excellent communication skills. The territory includes Louisville, KY and Lexington, KY and will require travel to both locations every week.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery- Educational trainings for the sales representatives on new products, and for new hires on the entire product portfolio- Executing medical education events and cadaver labs for clients and potential clientsRequirements:- Proven experience in medical sales or a related field- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Outside sales experience is preferred- Technical sales knowledge is a plus- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications- Ability to travel between Louisville and Lexington, KY weekly- Own transportation - no company car offeredWe offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as opportunities for career advancement.
