Blue Valley Cabinets is Hiring a Tennessee Territory Outside Sales Representative Near Knightdale, NC

Job DescriptionOverview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in cabinet sales. The ideal candidate will have cabinet knowledge and some knowledge of 2020/Pro Kitchen Design software. This candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, exceptional CRM skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the cabinetry market to both individual contractors and multi-unit customers.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Provide expert knowledge on cabinetry products to assist clients in making informed decisions.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
  • CRM Management:
    • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client information, and forecast sales performance.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Travel and Territory Management:
    • Travel extensively within assigned territory of both Tennessee and Kentucky to meet with clients and prospects.
    • Plan and organize sales routes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the cabinetry industry.
  • Proven experience as a "road warrior" with the ability to travel extensively.
  • Familiarity with either 2020 or Pro Kitchen Design software.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Territory to be covered will be Tennessee & Kentucky.
Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary of 60K plus commission.
  • Call allowance provided for work-related travels.
  • Benefits package including medical, and paid time off.
