We’re looking for motivated and dynamic Appointment Generators to join our elite team. This isn’t your typical door-to-door sales job. Instead of knocking on every door, you’ll drive directly to high-potential clients using data we provide. You’ll focus on new homeowners who are statistically 40% more motivated to make purchasing decisions, making your role more efficient and results-driven.

Our Unique Work Model:
- Work-Life Balance: Work for 10 days, then rest for 20 days.
- Blitz Program: After completing our comprehensive training course, graduates join our elite blitz team. During the blitz:
- Stay in luxury housing, complete with amenities like a cold plunge and morning workouts to energize the day.
- Participate in daily contests and blitz competitions with opportunities to win prizes such as trips, designer shoes, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Outreach: Use company-provided data to drive to pre-identified high-potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Introduce Bluearth’s partnered solar solutions and schedule appointments for our sales specialists.
- Engagement: Build trust with potential customers while delivering a professional and positive experience.
- Training Participation: Attend all training sessions, both during and outside of the blitz program, to continuously sharpen your skills and improve performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion of leads.
