To Join This Team Please Have The Following RequirementsMust possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years nursing experience, and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor/unit manager in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related healthcare center strongly preferred
Provide oversight and direction to clinical team of assigned unit
Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team
Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being provided
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly
Strong communication skills, professionalism and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel
Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent vaccine or medical exemption)
