Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - Scan goods and collect payments - Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas - Provide assistance to customers with product inquiries - Promote special sales and offers to customers - Upsell products when appropriate Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred - Proficiency in using a cash register and POS system - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling - Knowledge of jewelry sales or technical sales is a plus - Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous - Excellent phone etiquette This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for growth, and a dynamic work environment.
