Bluebonnet Brunch House is a Texan-owned, vibrant new brunch restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional brunch experiences in a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bussers. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, contributing to the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests depart

· Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware

· Dispose of trash and dirty dishes in designated areas

· Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and surfaces

· Assist in restocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils

· Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

· Attend to guest needs and requests promptly and courteously

· Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred but not required

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills

· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and carry trays, bus tubs, and other items as needed

· Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
