- Providing input internally and in workgroups as to how projects will impact providers, how it will be received, education and communication for implementation and being a functional workgroup participant on implementations.
- Communicates with providers on inquiries, invoices, payments and other day-to-day concerns; addressing issues related to provider enrollment, value based programs and other operational issues.
- Responsible for reviewing and loading non-standard agreement ids that cannot be completed systematically and other complex provider data administration issues.
- Complete testing of all provider related changes in processing applications and vendor services.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 1 year relevant experience or experience with the military.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills and ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- In depth knowledge of more than one line of business/systems
- Provider claims software (i.e. facets) and provider credentialing software experience preferred.
- Database querying experience a plus
