Description

BlueForce Inc. is seeking an Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) Senior Specialty Trainer in support of Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) in Jinja, Uganda.

General Tasks and Responsibilities:

The general tasks include but are not limited to:

1. The Senior Specialty Trainer shall be the Team Lead’s principal trainer for other conducting specialized contract training requirements specified in the SOW.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. A minimum of ten (10) years military or civilian experience which includes quantifiable experience operating, installing, repairing, and maintaining electronic countermeasure equipment and capabilities at the tactical level.
2. Demonstrated experience integrating ECM capabilities with tactical maneuver units.
3. Experience as trainer to a foreign security partner with directly related experience in capacity building.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Expertise in Scorpion Electronic Countermeasure System is highly desired.
2. Expertise in Route Clearance Mentorship (RCM) is highly desired.
