- Commitment to Learners: Attend to the needs of the assigned binder daily and complete Communication Logs for learners under your care.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional working environment, embracing constructive feedback and demonstrating effective instructional skills.
- Data Management: Keep up with daily data graphing, record cold probe and behavior data, and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
- Family Engagement: Communicate with parents in a friendly and appropriate manner, keeping them informed about learners' progress.
- Team Player: Follow the general operations of your assigned team and accurately complete timesheets for billing purposes.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability.
- Excel in client service, tactfully managing various situations, and striving for continuous improvement.
- Embrace feedback and work hard to achieve positive results.
- Be motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young adults.
- Engaging with clients, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Tolerating exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, odors, and weather extremes.
