Eilan Hotel & Spa, located in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. This position will work inside the restaurant and outdoors at the pool bar. **Hiring Immediately, Apply today!**
Compensation: $6.00 per hour, plus gratuities
Schedule: Part-time, Thurs-Monday availability, includes weekends

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Bartender, you will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining liquor controls for our guests.
* Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
* Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
* Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
* Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
* Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
* You have experience as a bartender, cocktail waitress, or bar back.
* Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
* Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
* Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), step-by-step instructions in accordance with Bluegreen regulations.
