- Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly drawing/model reviews
- Process development and build flow diagrams for various component manufacturing
- Authoring and maintaining Manufacturing Plans for piece parts and assemblies
- Authoring and maintaining template Work Orders for piece parts and assemblies
- Lead review of inspection plans during disassembly and component servicing
- Facilitate, track, and manage tooling design and release for component build and test
- Review manufacturing processes and take action to reduce waste in the system
- Coordinate with Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) or project managers to prepare, submit, and track manufacturing demand
- Track and monitor progress of component-level manufacturing
- Service the disposition of non-conformances (NC) on a recurring basis for hardware
- Execute pedigree reviews to ensure part traceability prior to product delivery
