Bluejack national is Hiring a Housekeeper Near Montgomery, TX

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas are clean, neat, and orderly, in conjunction with Bluejack National’s standards, policies, and procedures. Duties generally include household cleaning and organizing tasks. Position will provide excellent customer services to all assigned clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION(S):

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

•Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients, guests, and prospects.

•Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas in accordance with Bluejack standards.

•Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or other related appliances

•Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas.

•Assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and escalates any customer concerns to management.

•Provides excellent customer service to all clients, guests, and prospects.

•Performs other duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

•High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

•One or more years of professional housekeeping experience or related experience required.

•One or more years of general customer service experience required.

•Excellent customer relationship skills

•Excellent organization skills.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

•Full time

May work nights, weekends and holidays

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying

•This position requires an above average amount of physical labor such as bending, stooping, walking, reaching, and standing.

•Should be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Bending/Kneeling

•This position requires an above average amount of physical labor such as bending, stooping, walking, and reaching. This position requires this type of activity throughout the day.
