We're looking to bring on an energetic, charismatic, and skilled Sales Team manager to oversee, and train directly, the closing and canvassing team. If this sounds like you, and you have prior experience in sales team management, we would love to speak with you in detail about the opportunity!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute: Create and perfect sales pitches that are used amongst both teams
- Identify and target: potential customers within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain: strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Utilize CRM systems: to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Collaborate: with internal teams to provide technical sales support, training, and mentorship and ensure customer satisfaction
- Structure: create structure within the office and amongst sales teams,
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in sales team management, REQUIRED; preferably within a related industry, but not requires
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to innovate sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems is highly desirable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
