BluePoint Medical Spa is a premier provider of medical aesthetic treatments in the Summerlin Area and has been in business over 10 years. We offer various injectables, non-evasive procedures, Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation and Tightening and Skin Care Solutions. We are looking for the right person to fill in front desk duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Demonstrates strong knowledge of current patient care techniques.

2. Demonstrates strong knowledge of current trends in skin care and injectables.

3. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and setting up client payments.

4. Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner. We strive for excellent customer service at all times.

5. Perform daily clinic tasks including cleaning product displays, completing confirmations calls, laundry, and client follow ups through email.

6. Work special events as assigned.

7. Assist with all marketing and promotional efforts as needed.

8. Follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

9. Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes in a very fast-paced work environment.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 1 year experience in a plastic surgery setting or medical spa preferred. We will consider a recent graduate or an experienced individual.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Includes spa setting and patient treatment rooms with potential for exposure to hazardous chemicals and blood borne pathogens. Adherence to universal precautions is mandatory.
