As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you must support and promote Coverra's core values of being a high performer, adaptable, committed, balanced, and entrepreneurial. You must be challenged by the opportunity to grow the business. As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, your day-to-day focus will be assisting the Benefits Consultant/Producing Agent by strategizing value propositions, attending marketing meetings with vendors, conducting client meetings, preparing market proposals, and supporting the closure of a sale to meet established department sales goals. You will further assist the Account Manager(s) with the client renewal efforts and with the coordination of services between the client and the insurance company.
