Our client, a growing boutique Life Sciences strategy consulting firm located in Munich Germany, is hiring at the Consultant level (Fluent German is required).

The Company:

The leadership team has a mix of senior-level Pharma industry experience, combined with top-tier strategy consulting, including McKinsey.

They currently have a strong pipeline of projects, which typically cover a wide spectrum of topics from Strategy, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Clients include innovative Biotechs to Pharma and Medtech, primarily based in the DACH region, and to a lesser extent across wider Europe.

Key Requirements:

· Strategy consulting experience

· Experience in Life Sciences combined with a strong interest to specialise in this sector.

· An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in working in a start-up environment.

· Strong analytical ability, problem-solving, mathematical and logical thinking (comfortable working with data)

· Project Management Skills

· Fluent German

· Degree/Masters from a leading academic institution (preferably in a numerical/analytical subject - mathematics, engineering/bioengineering/chemical engineering, physics, economics, etc)

· Currently based in Germany or motivated to relocate to Germany
