Job Title: Federal Construction General Superintendent - Top Secret
Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent with at least 10 years of experience as a Lead Site Superintendent. This individual will be responsible for overseeing projects located near Thurmont, Maryland with a duration of approximately 5 years. The payrate for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully complete projects ranging from $1 to $5 million, with a preference for significant elements of self-performed work
• Willingness and ability to work with tools when necessary
• Work on Department of Defense (DOD) sites where clearance/badging are required
• Maintain an active US Government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret)
• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including budget management, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Site Superintendent
• Experience working on DOD sites where clearance/badging are required
• Active US Government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret)
• Strong understanding of budget management, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
