$2000 Sign-On Bonus
The primary responsibility of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is to provide direct physical therapy interventions as planned, delegated, and supervised by the Physical Therapist. The person in this role will also record treatments given and note progress in medical records. In this role, you are entrusted to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our villagers at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Villager Care: 65% time
Training/Education: 20% time

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge: Current Colorado physical therapy practices and procedures including laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
Skills: Providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Experience: Experience in appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
License: Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Physical Therapy Assistant License (required)
Certifications: CPR (as requested)
