Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to client intake, communication, lead management, and customer service. This includes interacting with clients, gathering information, and assisting with the initial stages of legal proceedings. The Intake Specialist will also handle insurance-related tasks and provide support to the legal team.

Qualifications

• Experience in client intake and customer service
• Knowledge of insurance processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
