Are you a seasoned Business Systems Analyst seeking a new challenge?

Join our team at a Fortune 500 automotive company! We are on the hunt for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to contribute to our dynamic team and support our continuous growth.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborating with stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Translating requirements from business units to programmers and developers
• Conducting cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Applying informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and seize improvement opportunities
• Supporting one or more highly complex business processes
• Participating in multiple projects as a project team member
• Acting as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs

Who are we looking for?

• A professional with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred
• An individual with 8-10 years of experience in the field
• A candidate with basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions
• An innovative thinker who can create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
• A problem solver with the ability to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
• A team player with high interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
• A detail-oriented individual who can analyze complex situations and problems, conduct necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will also support Global and North America Vehicle Sales reporting. This is a hybrid role with a normal business schedule, offering some flexibility for early or late shifts.
