If you’re a driven, confident Mid-Market Business Development Account Manager with a curious mind and the ability to solve complex issues, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving new sales from business in the mid-size market space
  • Assess customer needs while providing solutions as to why blueStone differentiates themselves within the staffing industry
  • Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives and goals
  • Prospect to develop new clients and maintain a consistent pipeline
  • Meet and exceed activities quota while tracking activity within Bullhorn
  • Cold calling experience required
  • Responsible for cultivating new business by marketing blueStone to fulfill contract, contract to hire, and direct hire opportunities with clients
  • Manage accounts, ensuring client needs are met, problems are solved, and issues are addressed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Detailed working knowledge of staffing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
  • The ability to build and maintain mutually rewarding partnerships
  • The ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills related to client priorities
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales tools to manage account activity and sales pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of IT staffing industry trends, technologies and competitors.
  • A willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend events as needed.

Experience:

· 2 years’ business development experience – senior level candidates
