This position has a starting salary of $70,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, and UNCAPPED commission potential!

BRIEF DESCRIPTION :
The construction Project Director is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through leads and referrals generated by personal business development and marketing activities.
The construction Project Director works closely with owners and managers of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by man-made or natural disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role.
TRAVEL :
Minimal travel required. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training, meetings, or jobs.
