Blythe is a locally owned lingerie boutique in the Short Pump area, specializing in hard-to-find sizes and styles for ALL bodies! We carry cup sizes A-KK, and band sizes 28-56. We have a fabulous mix of every-day foundations, sexy yet supportive lingerie, sports bras, swimsuits, nursing bras, bridal lingerie, loungewear, and more!

Because we carry so many specialty brands and products, we prefer to work one-on-one with each customer who comes in. This way, we can educate them on their options, assess their needs, and help them find the best products for their size, shape, comfort, and of course, style!

We currently have an opening for the Assistant Store Manager position. This position requires strong management and tasking abilities, extensive product and bra-fit training, one-on-one interaction with customers, and strong sales performance.

The ideal candidate will be extremely personable, reliable, focused, and able to work well within a team in order to provide an exceptional in-store customer experience.

Assistant Store Manager/Bra-Fit Expert duties include, but are not limited to the following:

-Ability to manage a sales team. Delegating tasks and making sure your team stays focused and completes each task successfully.

- Mastery of product knowledge and bra-fit training

- Results oriented. Maintain proper profit/loss figures for the store. You will need to be able to sell independently, as well as assist your teammates to enhance team sales. Each customer requires a different amount and type of attention, so flexibility and teamwork are a must!

- Superior communication skills. Must be able to communicate with senior leadership, sales team, and customers.

- Product merchandising. This boutique position offers an unique opportunity to show off your merchandising skills.

-Supervise social media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

- STRONG leadership ability, with at least 2 years retail management experience

-STRONG sales ability, with at least 2 years of retail experience

- Warm, outgoing personality & positive attitude

- Excel in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to "think on your feet" and problem-solve

- Desire and willingness to learn

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Have open availability, expect to work most weekends
