About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Python, Django, and JavaScript, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring their performance, security, and scalability.

This is a hybrid position, and availability to attend high-level meetings and planning sessions at our Draper, Utah office is highly preferred. Remote will be considered for the right candidate, but hybrid preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, and JavaScript
• Review code and mentor junior programmers, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Manage deployment processes using Docker and Kubernetes
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for scalable and reliable cloud solutions
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with Python and Django as well as proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Good to Have:

• Experience with Cloud Providers - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) strongly preferred
• Experience with Vue.js or React
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
