We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant Intern to assist our sales and administrative team. The individual in this role would be responsible for maintaining ongoing business files, answering phone calls, and supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. 

Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between manager and clients
Maintain hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
Read, monitor and respond to emails
Manage and review filing and office systems

Requirements:
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality
