We are BMI DISTRIBUTION and we are one of the fastest-growing distributors of novelty products to C-Stores (convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops). We have been in business since 1982, with our headquarters in SoCal, CA, and OR.

ABOUT THE JOB

***$1,500 Retention bonus over 18 months***

Locations available: CA: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, NorCal, Riverside, San Bernardino. Oregon

Positions available: One per county

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule : Mon - Fri 12 hour shifts, your day will end after your last route scheduled is completed

Annual Pay Rate: $45,000 - $59,000 - all hours after the 8th hr daily are time and a half

Routes: If you live 30 - 40 minutes from the home base, once training is complete you will be assigned a company sprinter van to be parked at your residence before and after each work day. Every Friday you will drive the company sprinter van to the home office for a restock

Travel: If you enjoy traveling we do offer travel at times

As a Route Sales Representative you will:

* Learn the basics of the role to include one to six weeks of dedicated driving in a BMI sprinter van, selling and training with our amazing team members* Run routes for team members’, experience different stores, meet new customers and meet with managers to increase sales, order and maintain records throughout the day* Grow sales on the route by building relationships* Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment

Requirements:

* Be 21 years of age or older

*HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH PROOF OF INSURANCE AND ABILITY TO OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL LICENSES OR ENDORSEMENTS REQUIRED BY YOUR STATE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD FROM THE DMV

* Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

* You’ll need to pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
