BMW of Ridgefield is Hiring a Business Development Coordinator Near Ridgefield, CT

Job SummaryAs a full-time, Service Scheduling Specialist at BMW of Ridgefield, your main objective is to generate business for the dealership while providing an exceptional client experience. This goal is achieved by communicating with clients by phone, email, and text to arrange their visit with our service team. We are looking for a courteous, well spoken, strong communicator who can manage multiple tasks and utilize several electronic scheduling systems and calendars simultaneously. Having a positive attitude and providing a premium experience for our customers is imperative. There are additional administrative duties daily that can include, but are not limited to; printing and organizing appointments, directing phone calls throughout the dealership, keeping accurate client files, and assisting coworkers as needed throughout your shift. Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up for all service scheduling opportunities
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, or text.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
  • Utilize Multiple Schedule daily to make the "best" appointment for client
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all team members and third party vendors
  • Treat clients with 4 seasons experience
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license
Full time hours include:
