BMW of Ridgefield is Hiring a Business Development Coordinator Near Ridgefield, CT
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up for all service scheduling opportunities
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, or text.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize Multiple Schedule daily to make the "best" appointment for client
- Maintain a professional relationship with all team members and third party vendors
- Treat clients with 4 seasons experience
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Full Benefits/ 401K
- This position is offered as a Monday-Friday
