Our Sales Assistant position aides the entire sales staff with the day to day background functions that keep our business moving! We are seeking hard working individuals who wish to create longevity in a career with our dealership. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, the ability to multi-task and pivot frequently, holds strong organization and communication skills, and is task oriented with a focus on delivering results!

Responsibilities:

• Keeping sales support documents up to date with all current information
• Making price adjustments with management as needed
• Co-ordinating dealer swaps
• Writing internal ROs and following used cars through inception to retail ready
• Maintaining accurate and complete knowledge of all inventory
• Building cars for stock and customer orders
• Assisting management
• Various other sales support duties

Requirements:

• Proven track record with another job
• 2 years of administrative experience preferred but not required
• Experience using dealer systems such as CDK preferred but not required
• Digital Marketing and Canva experience or knowledge preferred but not required
• WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB
