BMW UK is Hiring a Service Technician Near Falmouth, IN
Ocean BMW Falmouth is looking for a Technician.
Your role You will have proven Technician experience and will work on electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems for a range of BMW models. With our diagnostic technology at your fingertips, you’ll inspect components for wear and tear, carry out technical maintenance, repair or replace parts, as well as verifying vehicle functions and their subsystems and perform retrofitting work. We’ll also look to you to support and guide other technicians and apprentices.
Your profileYou must hold a level 3 qualification, applicants from both Main Dealer and Independent Workshops are welcome.
RewardsYour hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary and an uncapped bonus scheme along with, 22 days holiday plus banks holidays per year, a pension scheme, employee referral scheme and subsidised manufacturer car purchase scheme available to both you and your family.
The packages we are offering are dependent upon experience and accreditation. However highly experienced qualified Technicians have an earning potential of up to £50,000.
Any overtime is paid at time and a half.
BMW backed ongoing training through to Master Technician and development is offered with this role particularly on EV/hybrid technology as to is the opportunity for progression within the business.
