BNA Business Center is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Manager to join our team. As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from business conferences to social gatherings. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, budget, and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Create and manage event timelines and project plans to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage all event logistics, including registration, set-up, staffing, and post-event breakdown.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues during the planning and execution stages.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure events are innovative and successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in managing events, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office.
