The position is based at our prestigious Midtown office and requires full-time availability, with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, and occasional adjustments for special events or office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
The Receptionist will warmly greet clients upon arrival, offer beverages, and assist with coat storage, embodying the company’s commitment to exceptional service. Handling a busy phone line with professionalism and efficiency is essential, as is managing incoming and outgoing mail. The role involves preparing conference rooms for meetings, coordinating catering orders, and assisting with clerical tasks, including FedEx shipments, photocopying, and scanning.
Additionally, the Receptionist will manage kitchen, bathroom, and office supply inventories, place orders as needed, and liaise with building contacts and facilities staff to support office operations. Coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance and building management for service requests will also be part of the role.
