PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ultimately responsible for the administration and oversight of all medical services performed by this program, including ensuring that the program is in compliance with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to Medication Assistant Treatment.

· Work with other behavioral health team members to communicate and coordinate prescriptions and treatment plans

· Report and communicate medical, psych histories as required

· Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State and Federal law, and CARF accreditation regulations and standards

· Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· All state licensure/certificates to practice

· Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

· Ability to work as a member of a team

· Professionalism, aptitude, and attitude

· Impeccable ethics, integrity, and patient relations skills

· Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills

· Computer literacy

· Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills

· Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele

· ABAM or ASAM Certified

· Background check
