We are looking for **Fund Operations Team Leader**

We have local expertise in 36 markets and a global reach covering more than 90 markets.

As leading global custodians, we serve a range of clients such as fund managers (including alternative funds), insurance companies, sovereign-wealth funds, pension funds, brokers and investment banks, commercial banks, major companies and issuers.

The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines:

**International Operations Centre (IOC)** providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe.

**Custody & clearing services** offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland and other markets.

**Fund Operations Team Leader**

****Responsibilities:****

* Management of Private Capital Fund Accounting team

* Supporting the teams growth and increase of Warsaws footprint in Global Operating Model

* Overseeing and supporting daily operations

* Management of activity transfers of new processes and/or clients

* Participation in creation of operating model, operational procedures and preparation of SLAs for newly migrated processes as well as review of currently existing agreements

* Building structure and developing employees for newly migrated processes

* Leading recruitment processes to ensure the best talents join the team

* Coordination of system access, resources and induction to newcomers

* Ensuring strong internal controls and risk centric mindset

* Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external business partners

* Active participation in the evolution of the department

****Requirements:****

* **Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in corporate accounting, finances, securities services, audit or property sector**

* **Strong accounting skills and knowledge of financial instruments is a must**

* Good working knowledge of another European language would be considered a strong asset, but not mandatory

* Knowledge of Private Capital funds specificities will be considered as an advantage

* Numerate and analytical skills

* Ability to work effectively as a team player

* Excellent organisational & communication skills

* Strong leadership and management skills

* Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
