We are looking for Team Leader in FDS Corporate Actions

Level of experience Location The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines : a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

FDS Corporate Actions

Main tasks :

• Effective daily supervision of team's work
• Supporting team in daily operational tasks
• Planning and monitoring work in the team
• Setting priorities in line with customers' expectations
• Ensuring a high quality of the operations
• Dealing with issues and assisting with escalations
• Reporting team effectiveness
• Increasing team effectiveness and quality
• Driving / participating in conference calls with other departments and spoke locations
• Preparing KPIs
• Ensuring that operational procedures are being updated on regular basis
• Recruiting, training, motivating and developing staff to ensure a fully functioning team capable of meeting the departments objectives

Skills required :

• Deep knowledge about FDS Corporate Actions activity
• Good understanding of FDS business
• Proven managerial experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FDS Corporate Actions
• Client focused - able to build productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent English
• Excellent organizational skills
• High productivity and precision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment and motivation
