We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Marketing Associate to join our Markets and Wealth Services Marketing Team in developing and executing integrated, multimedia campaigns that include digital, advertising, social, television and events. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA with a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Help senior marketers develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns based on business growth strategies and key audience segments, working closely with Sales teams and business stakeholders.
• Support Marketing’s contribution to business sales pipelines from campaigns through marketing-generated leads
• Identify, track and report on progress of key marketing KPIs (# of leads, web traffic, content downloads, CTRs, engagement metrics) to enable Marketing and Sales management to measure ROI and make more informed decisions.
• Work collaboratively across internal marketing teams – marketing operations, brand & design, digital marketing, and corporate communications – and BNY lines of business
• Learn best practices in targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies to deliver campaigns that drive profitable growth through optimal customer experiences.
• Facilitate internal and external messaging including internal comms distribution and client-facing social media.
• Provide support to department managers and staff including administrative support.
• Perform general project management and status reporting to managers and Executive Committee members.
• Conduct event prep and follow-up with attendees and internal stakeholders
• Other marketing/communications/project management duties as assigned.
• Work in various programs and platforms to organize, request, and track projects.
• Ensure adherence with company policies and legal and compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 5 years of work experience, or relevant internship experience
• Expertise in writing and communications
• Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
• Superior project management skills
• Willingness to learn and understand the products, audience, and landscape.
• Skills to work effectively with leaders and stakeholders within the function, across functions and outside of the organization.
• Ability to follow-through and thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter approach that can be flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Dynamics
• Experience working in a financial services organization is preferred.
• Experience with Sprinklr is preferred.
