We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Project Manager / Scrum Leaderto join our Clearance and Collateral Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida - HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Participates in a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications.
  • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
  • Build and coach high performing teams
  • Facilitates agile meetings to ensure full Pod team engagement (daily stand-up, sprint review, retrospective, and sprint planning meetings)
  • Implements standards set by the Agile Practice
  • Manages project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation, and turnover to production for projects of low to medium business complexity. 
  • Reports and escalates progress/issues to management, as needed.
  • Maintains regular contact with internal clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments.
  • Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project.
  • Effectively communicates with internal management and external clients.
  • Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 
  • Knowledge and experience with agile ways of working
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Promotes self-organization, empowerment, innovative thinking and self-development
  • High-energy and passionate outlook, with an ability to influence those around them
  • Passion for innovation and a “can do” attitude
