We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Vice President, Portfolio Management to join our Chief Operating Officer team reporting directly to the Head of Portfolio Management. This role is in New York, NY – HYBRID.

In this role you will be a member of the Chief Operating Office, within Treasury Services, responsible for supporting our Business Performance agenda to support the Treasury Services business. The Vice President is a critical support role, supporting the Head of Portfolio Management in driving transformation at scale and helping to enable reporting tools such as JIRA, eCRM and Power BI through prioritization of portfolio initiatives providing transparency by optimizing standards, processes and governance that drive ROI business through capital planning, tooling support, and quality reporting enabling business outcomes. The Vice President will partner with Sales, Product, Finance and Revenue Management to help drive the intake process and monitor operating model impact, to support advanced capital planning ROI outcomes.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Works closely with product teams on developing a structured framework of OKRs, measurable metrics and KPIs that drive ROI. 
• Deep knowledge and understanding of agile methodology, process improvement, cash management, JIRA, capital planning, investments, and governance. 
• Structured and performed strategic analyses to optimize firm profitability, maximize resource allocation, and drive value creation. 
• Help drive market intelligence, agile assessments and reporting for product managers, stakeholders and produces insights on product prioritization and new business opportunities. 
• Identify various performance behaviors to generate agile metrics/KPIs, transformative reporting and portfolio level scorecards.
• Helps Create and review business cases, user stories, themes and implements a collaborative framework for PI Planning and Prioritization planning meetings.
• Supports revenue share economics at scale, writes ROI policy procedures, monitoring framework and documentation.
• Ensure program delivery is in conformance with agile methodologies and standards to align with Capital Planning, ROI, the Data Strategy and our strategic Business outcomes.
• High energy with positive attitude and strong strategy delivery and governance execution, tracking, risk, cyber, AI analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Assists the Head of Portfolio Management in tracking capital revenue, risk, dependencies and building a transformative dashboard on progress reporting, producing technology roadmaps with current state vs future state ROI in real time delivery.
• Ability to partner, track and work effectively and efficiently within various fast paced PODS and product teams.
• Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, JIRA 2.0, JIRA Align, SharePoint, Power BI, tableau and other robust investment reporting, tracking and monitoring systems.
