Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sourcing and Engagement Managers to identify reporting obligations in Vendor Agreements.
• Identify source systems for reporting and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
• Develop a comprehensive reporting and governance process to validate source systems with inventory systems.
• Work with Sourcing and Markets teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
• Create and document the end-to-end reporting process.
• Ensure the new reporting process meets all contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between relevant stakeholders to streamline the reporting process.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of 3rd party vendor management experience negotiating and fulfilling contractual obligations
• 5 years of experience documenting end-to-end processes
• Proficient experience creating reports using Excel
• Proficient experience facilitating communication between relevant stakeholders
• Bachelors degree preferred
