We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP – Sanctions Compliance & Controls to join our Global Sanctions Compliance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA; Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Assist in the development of regulatory and internal audit responses/materials and participate in internal audit and regulatory exams.
• Manage sanctions global governance forum/committee, prepare and review materials submitted by Lines of Business / Corporate Functions, and perform follow-up with key stakeholders, as required.
• Work with Financial Crimes Compliance partners and third-party training vendor(s) to develop and review sanctions training materials and provide training to relevant teams.
• Review self-identified issues, perform check and challenge of reported details and track remediation plans and monitor deadlines with relevant issue owner(s).
• Update the sanctions risk assessment, sanctions country risk rating methodology and review/finalize the comprehensive qualitative write-up.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher accreditation
• 5 years of compliance experience, sanctions specific experience is preferred but not required. 
• Working knowledge and experience dealing with and managing regulatory exams and internal audits.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
